Practice Cancellation Policy

Specialist Dental Care is committed to providing all our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels an appointment at short notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.

Email and text reminders are sent prior to appointments.

Please call us at 01943 608090 if you need to change your appointment. You can also e-mail us on info@specialistdentalcare.com

Failure to provide us with 48 working hours’ notice that you cannot attend will result in a cancellation or no-show fee. This fee may be up to 50% of the treatment cost.

To cancel a Monday appointment, please call the practice by 2:00pm on Thursday.

We appreciate that sometimes, cancellations cannot be avoided and we will take all valid circumstances into account.
